The two-bedroom villa offered outstanding comfort for our family of four, fully equipped for all our cooking needs. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels and the beautiful grounds enhanced our relaxing stay. Poolside service was excellent, and complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful touch. However, the seafood buffet lacked variety for non-seafood lovers and could be better. Overall, the experience was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

The location of the Sheraton Grand Mirage on the Gold Coast is truly a standout feature, providing easy access to stunning beaches and beautiful views. I loved the spacious room, especially with two comfy king beds and a private verandah that led to lovely gardens. It was a great spot to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi-style shower was a great luxury after the heat outside. I enjoyed the seafood buffet. it definitely exceeded my expectations. However, I found the housekeeping a bit lacking. For a five-star hotel, the absence of basic amenities like a dental kit felt a bit off. Also, the air conditioning in the room was not optimal during my stay, leading to some uncomfortable warm moments. Price for parking had increased as well, which seems to be a trend in many hotels these days, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating, making the service quite pleasant. Some areas could have used a refresh, especially near the pool.
